8 jog, 30, 1min, 1:30, 2min, 1:30, 1min, 30, c.6:30 jog. Along limb lane to dore, up brickhouse lane and past garden centre, then back down main road. Was so good to do some speedwork again! :D
Up mayfield, down long line, up track next to rutted field and straight on up Lil's cycling hill, round 3 sides of birkdale field and back via barn res Felt good fitnesswise (surprising given tramlines last night!), ankle felt abit sore/tender tho which is strange - was a bit like it yesterday too so everything crossed it's nothing serious
