Hallam Parkrun, 18:48, Halfway in 9:26. 22nd, 1st female, 78.72%
On reflection i'm really happy with this. Was practically the same time that i ran at Rother Valley 2 years ago when i was running some track PBs & on a flatter course (Y) So so good to be back running properly hard. 2nd lap felt pretty tough (and stomach was tight after exploits this morn..!) but i held my pos'n and pace. Not trained in a group for nearly a year, had +7mths off and not much hard running...~ really positive and excited about the future :D

Along road to winfell, up limb valley climbs and then Lil's cycling hill, past pav and along to ringinlow rod, then down and back via the back of silverdale. 4 x strides.
Done consciously steady ready for saturday's parkrun!

6 jog, 5 mins, 5mins, 4mins, 4mins (2 min recov.s inbetween), 6:30 jog
Out along limb lane and up bus route, nearly to door moor pub (c. 18:30), and back same way. Felt good and enjoyed it :)

Steady Run 1:02:54 [2] 5.6 mi (11:14 / mi)

Up ringinlow rod and to observation point with Dad, then alone over toward redmires on the road, turning off onto the path as the road turns to the R. Along there for abit (getting stunning views of the reservoir), then back to observation point and back via mayfield.
Really good run - felt strong despite the amount of exercise i've done lately, and no stomach issues!! :D had to kane it back home from forge dam as i thought i'd misjudged the time alot, but managed to get back from there in only c.13mins :-)
