Along rd to winfell, up limb valley climbs and up Lil's cycling hill, back thru birkdale and then to the top of arms hill and down parkhead rod

Done back with the group on Endcliffe - altho we were running wherever we wanted so mostly wasn't with anyone. Felt decent (Dad said i looked to be moving ok), but on the last 4ish my stomach was real bad :'( ~ i had to do my cooldown jog after i'd got home and been to the loo!

Up ringinglow rod and across houndklirk to near fox house, then straight back down the main road (which passes the base of sheephill and long line).
Liking this new route which Dad took me on (except some uneven ground) - obv not 100% after yesterday, but not too bad at all. So excited to get back into it properly and enjoy the XC season :D
