Up ringinglow rd then R after norfolk arms, turning round at car park near observation point, and back the same way
Felt abit heavy legged - hoping it's mainly due to running at this funny time!

Done along limb lane and up thru Dore, following bus route then to rugby ground and back same way

Was running on my own the whole time cos of the set up of the session but I really enjoyed it - Dad said to me afterward that it 'wasn't too shoddy' and 'it'll come' :-)
