Up long line, turning R at top then R again onto the rocky track up to houndkirk. Down houndk' and back via mayfield
Abit achey legs from yesterday, but so good to be out for an hour(:

XC race 34:25 [5] 5.0 mi (6:53 / mi)

N'ern XC champs, Harewood House Leeds. 8km (2 laps), 46th in 34:25
It was such a good course - testing and v muddy - so I was v excited beforehand. Went into it with no pressure as I've not done any hard running since the Yorkshires 3 wks ago !! Probs ran similar to then - was nearly 40 secs behind Charlotte and Evie, but managed to hold off Zanthe at the end. Obv not where i want to be but it's not a disaster and i trust that with the right scheme i training next year i can be back on it #hopefully

Straight along rd up towards dore, coming back same way. 4 x strides
Was v conscious to do this properly slowly - was just so nice to be back out running as i hardly seem to do it these days in a desperate bid to save energy :( Dad was nasty last night about me going this morning, but hey i guess i'll just have to use that to fuel me at the weekend :P
