Steady Run 1:02:17 [2] 5.5 mi (11:19 / mi)

Up ringinglow rd and thru woods on hounkirk (climbing under a fallen tree!), along hounkrik to bridge in dip then straight back down, down ringinlow and up to pav then turned R and back
Well this was very fun in a masochistic way!! Absolute blizzard - had to shield me eyes for most of the first half! But when i got onto hounkirk with the wind behind me it was just bliss - gorgeous views (and Eminem in my head haha)

Done along limb lane and up thru dore, turning round after nearly 18mins. Felt pretty good ~ and time to dore seemed pretty good aswell :) abit tired on the last few but all-in-all a good sesh (y)
