Road Relay race 19:10 [5] 3.16 mi (6:04 / mi)

National 6-stage road relay, Sutton Park. 17th. 3rd leg (short: c. 5km) in 19:10
I'd been apprehensive beforehand that today would be abit of a shocker as my illness has really taken it out of me. So I was pleasantly surprised with how I felt on my leg today (following on from Hannah WH and Lil) :) Tried to sue recent anger to spur me on positively! There was a decent amount of runners to overtake, and it was really helpful to have a man to try and stay in the slip stream of for the final mile (Y) Really enjoyed it! Hadn't looked at my sole previous time for this spring event in 2016 before today, but I've just seen that I ran 19:06 then. Given that I'd done warm weather training in Nerja and went onto have one of my best track seasons that year I'm v satisfied with being so close to that today, esp considering all the running (and general movement !) I've missed recently
