I led for the middle part of the race before Jenny Blizzard passed me with just over a lap to go. The race was much like my others this season - felt good and to be moving well, but the time just isn't there. Having said this I am happy to be 5 secs quicker than my previous 3km this yr - plus there's still just over a mnth of track racing left - and I really enjoyed this afternoon out :')

Was so good to be back running and at the track! Had to have abit longer off than planned after Barcelona due to allergic reaction and swollen ankles. Felt good tonight and was happy to manage 5 sets, altho was running on my own ~ the one time I turn up to train with the group they're all missing due to race tomorrow!!
