Along new coastal path to Bambrough and back same way
(Mostly) done with Mum - lovely to be running out here, and makes a nice change to do a flat route!

Done out towards Dore along Limb Lane, turning round at top of little kick up. Happy to do a 6:39 mile

Did this session on my own as I wanted to to a bit more speedwork, and this was one i did around this time last year. Still just feeling flat really :(
