Steady Run 1:15:23 [2] 10.67 mi (7:04 / mi)

Along rd to winfell and up limb, then out along rd towards redmires (altho going R along redmires rd, rather than L up the casueway, for a few mins). Turned round after 40mins then came back down ringinlow rd
So nice to be back doing a long'un, especially given the lovely sunny weather :')

Up main rd towards long line as far as possible on pavement then back. 2nd mile done hard
Nice to get the legs ticking over again, and felt pretty decent :-)

Along rd to Winfell then up Limb Valley and down Ringinlow Rd, R past pav' then down Lil's cycling hill to Winfell again, towards Long Line for a few mins then straight back along main rd
Good to be back doing a longer run :)

Thru ecc' woods to near sawmill, up that rd abit then back same way, going towards rising sun and back at end
