Along to winfell then up limb, along houndkirk for abit then back down sheephill and long line, down to gilders then back to nursing home then back home
Lovely to do a sunny run with Dad :)

6 jog. 3, 2, 3, 2, 3, 2, 2, 1 (1 min in-between efforts). 6ish jog.
Done out along limb lane and up thru Dore. Abit frosty in parts which meant I had to be careful / run in rd abit

4 x 5 mins (90 sec recov.s). 800m pudding done in 2:40.
Reached between 1400 - 1460, with my official avg 1450m. Loved this and so happy with it! I'd told myself beforehand not to be too down if I wasn't quite on it considering cold and raced at weekend, but I was leading the group for much of it! Coach pleased as I was getting further than previous sessions :) Just checked and my pud was 7 secs quicker too :D
