Usual route out toward base of long line and back
...however i got further than i can ever remember doing on this route! :0 lack of sleep is clearly the way forward ;) i think it's probs actually due to having a short break the other wk due to my cold and being in a super +ve place mentally :-)

So so nice to be back on my long run after a week off, felt good too despite the v strong wind in parts (y) gorgeous to see the sun out on the water at redmires :')

Hill session - c loop (15mins), heart loop (10mins), w loop (10mins). 2 sets of 5 min hills.
As I'm still getting back from my cold Nigel recommended running a lap and missing a lap on the first 3 reps. Glad I did this as I felt good and was the perfect way back into hard running. Thoroughly enjoyable last sesh b4 xmas :D
