Up ringinglow rd to upper burbage, turning off road to the R towards stanage, then coming down off the ridge (coming out near hill cycling bench) and back down ringinglow rd. L at pav, thru barn res and down croft lane, looping abit past shop at end
Was abit worried before about doing my long run at this time in the day, but it actually worked out well and I felt good :) was nice to do a new route too!

Up thru Dore via Limb Ln, turning round after c.15:30
Legs feeling pretty much back to normal after the race, but I think I must resit the temptation to do anything quicker this week!

Headtorch run done with Mum - up Ringinglow Rd and to gate on Hounkirk, then back via L at pav'
Very slow due to darkness, wind and going at Mum's pace..but that's probs what I need following racing at the weekend. Legs felt more like usual today
