Up ringinglow rd (via bents rd) then to end of houndkirk, past fox house and along thru burbage, down ringinglow rd but turned off R along back of lady cannings and down houndkirk (due to icey looking rd!) then back down ringinglow rd and L at pav

6 jog. (5 mins, 3 mins, 1 min) x 2 ~ 1 min inbetween efforts. c.6:30 jog.
Done up abbeydale rd from abbey ln then out towards long line and back. Boy that wind was strong again! But it enjoyed this :)

4 x 1200m (done off 6:30). 2 x 400m pudding (c. 90 sec recov.s inbetween).
1200s done in 4:13, :18, :17, :18. 400s both done in 76
Wind super strong (wind-tunnel-esque!) on home straight so I'm not paying too much attention to these times. Felt strong and happy with my general consistency (the possible 'fine' if the second pud was over a second slower than the first deffs helped!). Good chat with Nigel before and I'm excited about my running future with him as my coach :-)
