Done in absolute gale force winds on the rds around the coops - kept having to change route cos I could literally barely move in the wind at some points!

First run from now house! :-) went out along rivelin valley to manchester rd, doing little turn-offs to the L and R on my way back and looping thru malin bridge and around roscoe bank abit at end

Up thru Dore via limb ln and onto main rd towards garden centre, turning round after c. 20:20 and coming hack same way.
Good recovery done and surprisingly couldn't particularly feel last night's sesh in my legs (y) Last ever run done from this house ~ I obv had to go to dore ;) was rewarded with the sight of a gorgeous sunrise

Know I got a lil' bit excited at the beginning but I felt good and couldn't help myself! Managed to rally abit in the second half of the sesh too to ensure that my times didn't fall off any more, which I'm pleased about (Y) Also bouyed by my convo' w coach beforehand. All-in-all a top evening out :-)
