Up loxley rd and out along percy pud route to dam falsk where i went on the trail to the bridge at the top (had to turn around there an the bridge was uncrossable due to flooding!) then back, looping slightly along rivelin valley rd
Lovely new route for my birthday :D and it'll be even nicer when it's not raining and blowing a gale!!

Down to malin bridge then up loxely rd, turning round after 20mins (just past admiral rodney) then back same way
Was getting some serious throwback thursday vibes!! :P really enjoyed it, altho that pull up stannington rd is a real hill at the end!

6 jog. (5 min, 3 min, 1 min, w/ 1min recov.s between efforts) x 2. 6ish jog
Done down stannington rd and along rivelin valley rd, looping towards hillsboro for abit before coming back up hill
Was abit of a frustrating one as the slush meant I couldn't reach the pace I wanted to. But hey, it's some more miles under my belt(y)

My new additional run on what's usually a day off - went up to 82 terminus then turned round and looped along it's route for abit
Legs felt ok after touch sesh last nite - was good to give them a loosener I think - but wind was truly fierce in this storm again!

Touch sesh given to weather - gale force winds and hail in parts. Felt like training in an Arctic wind tunnel :L all good practice (y)
