Came down with a cold... sore throat and a bit foggy in the head so trying to drink lots of fluids and rest!
1 min each of: Planks Side planks Twists Sit-ups Tricep-dips x2
and then five more minutes of other 1 min exercises... Glute bridge thing V-sit Leg raises Rower curls crunches

Youtube yoga! I actually really like doing this until I realize how un flexible I am and that my balance really needs to improve... Did some other static stretches after for my groin
