Another steady cycle- throat was getting sore near the end but legs felt fine. Decided to bike today instead of run as it is pretty chilly out there and didn't want to prolong this cold!

The long legs from 12-13 and 14-15 were a bit tricky, shows how important it is to plan ahead! Also I haven't seen the black and white striped lines on a map before (near 7), did a quick search and still not sure what it represents - if anyone could let me know that would be great!

More strength based - squats, lunges, russian twists, planks and some more. Rough training week because of being away, the cold weather, and then an actual cold. I could feel it coming on last night and then today came the sore throat and stuffy head. Trying to take it easy today and drinking lots of fluids because it is so dry in the house! Hopefully tomorrow I will be feeling a little better and brave enough to go for a run!

Very snowy ARX night - was a bit late because of the sketchy driving conditions but made it and started running towards chedoke, ended up catching up to the group and we took the road half way up the stairs and then cut across the golf course until reaching the stairs - the golf course was so fluffy!! Did a set of stairs then back across the golf course and back along the rail trail to Boston Pizza.
