More strength based - squats, lunges, russian twists, planks and some more. Rough training week because of being away, the cold weather, and then an actual cold. I could feel it coming on last night and then today came the sore throat and stuffy head. Trying to take it easy today and drinking lots of fluids because it is so dry in the house! Hopefully tomorrow I will be feeling a little better and brave enough to go for a run!
