First outdoor soccer tryout, lots of girls did a good running and dynamic stretching warm up then some passing drills and then scrimmaged for the majority of it. Lots of running around and reminded me of how much more I prefer outdoor soccer to indoor - good stuff! Ended with some sprints.

Some good training tonight with Coach Sudden, AG, and DD, a run through the Dundas valley with lots of hills! Got my butt kicked by some of them so a good reminder to put in the extra hill training for Switzerland! Got pretty tired by the end and noticed my feet catching on more sticks etc. So will try and focus on picking up my feet even when I'm feeling tired!
