Alternating 5 mins easier and 5 mins increased pace, the 19th minute was very fast with the last minute being a bit of a cool down.

More or less settled now but the easing into first week got messed up due to the rescheduled exam from December, writing my chemistry exam on Sunday and then I am hopefully done with chem forever!

Rest day yesterday because my quads are very sore...definitely activated some new muscles yesterday!

Skating around at bayfront with my Dad- trying out my new watch! We were there for around 40 minutes but the number of children falling infront of you made for a slower skate then usual...still got to shake out the legs a bit on a beauty day!

At the airport now! Back to the west coast and jumping right in to classes tomorrow....
