Disc was cancelled this morning unfortunately since neither teams had enough people (I haven't played in so long!)
Headed down to jericho and back along the road.

Note

Came down with a cold monday, super stuffy nose and feeling overall foggy so took it easy monday with lots of hydration and some vitamin c. Felt a bit better yesterday, had planned on going to the gym still but figured such a germ friendly place may not be the best. Gonna go to the gym tonight though, unfortunately the WET is on the north shore so isn't quite worth the extensive commute.

Got in a short workout at the vanier gym
10 mins warm up and then increase pace continuously for 10 mins, 5 mins cool down

Mid resistance but pretty easy, feeling pretty gassed from putting on a conference all day.
