Spent some time looking at the Oceania courses particularly the long trying to plan routes on the W-20 and M-20 courses. Will be looking at Finnish maps more seriously when I get home!

Went to the pool with the intention of swimming lengths but then my stomach felt kind of off and not up for that so I chilled in the hot tub/ lazy river which was o guess good for my muscles. After some water and more fresh air I was up for core when I got back.

Nice morning run on a beauty easter morning! Decided to run to the house on trails / road and see how long that took. Did it in 35 mins and the cherry blossoms lining the street were so pretty! Then went up the hill to 16th to get to more of the psp trails and took those back to ubc. Felt good for the most part except my Achilles got pretty tight/ sore around 11km ... will stretch!
