Route choice o-tervals kind of (one leg at a time) ... felt pretty tired after my first full day at work and my legs in the middle felt very heavy but picked up a bit later on. Some good route choice and some with clearly faster legs but definitely a good area to practice considering climb in each choice.

Wasn't sure exactly what to do other than wanting to do intervals... did 6x2 mins with 1 min rest and 2 mins halfway through. Was originally going to do the upper Ginger Valley loops but that section was too muddy for intervals and then the grass was still pretty soaked so went ginger valley to ravine road and up that hill then did 3x long aviary loops.

Cool down through the trails doing Calebs walk then back up Ravine road and home.

Easyish run with a map starting at the end of the road by Canterbury... mainly on trails following along with the map and using both sides of the trail to make sure it was lining up/knew exactly where I was. Did a bit off trail and some harder running then finding where I was as fast as possible (on trail). Really nice out in the sun whoo!

Rail trail to Copetown with Emma, always crazy how much faster the way back is! Good to be back on the Jake/cross bike.
