Planned on getting to a map after work but then my throat felt quite sore like the start of a cold so didn't want to risk it. Skype call with the team discussing several maps!

Very windy ride back home again with a few hills to get hr up.
My right Achilles was quite sore I think from wearing boat shoes all day with lots of walking around.. took a night off

Way back was super windy and hot.. felt like I was going to be blown over by the gusts a few times!

Good discussion about maps and Finland terrain, looking at some as well as videos on YouTube to get a better sense of terrain/ what to expect.

~7 mins to princess point
~ 8 mins back
~5 mins back home

6x princess point loops
I alternated direction I started and did one loop and then some cause Christian is too speedy
Really good workout! I was pretty tired/ didn't have a ton of energy in legs and my pace wasn't super consistent so good mental push too...

Run around Main loop and deer run trail in Dundas valley ran the hills hard - beauty day!

3x 1 min planks
2x1 min planks each side

5 mins of leg lifts, crunches , bridges and another leg swing exercise

Yoga/Stretching 10:00 [0]

Legs and hips were tight so a good stretch helped..
work was tiring the past few days but it's good that I'm active most of the time while working (not sitting at a desk or standing behind a cash register...)
