felt ridiculously sick, but forced myself to get out of bed since i missed Tuesdays practice, I've been sick for far too long. No matter how much rest I've been getting, seem to always feel sick probably because of the stress which is preventing me from getting 100% healthy.

well considering how sick i was feeling I was really proud of myself with the results and how hard I pushed myself. Even though it isbn't always good to push yourself when you are sick, it definitely makes you tougher and forces you to learn and grow more for yourself. Overall the workout was real beneficial.
