Managed to get off work a bit early to get my workout done before Kips birthday which was nice

3,2,1 (3 sets) - wow well I was super full as i overate at work because we so much extra food, which definitely made the workout much harder. First set was real rough but pushed through it. By the second I was feeling good and pushed myself and challenged continuously increasing the intensity and speed. I'm disappointed I didn't get my heart rate as high as i normally do though.

went really well. got my heart rate up passed my goal, and felt like falling off the elliptical during the 2min recoveries.

weights- I was really happy with the whole workout - i always try and focus on asking myself if I'm actually getting anything out of the workout which forces myself to push even harder.
ETT:6- just being lacking drive and motivation- lots of stress and personal things i've been having to deal with lately

felt ridiculously sick, but forced myself to get out of bed since i missed Tuesdays practice, I've been sick for far too long. No matter how much rest I've been getting, seem to always feel sick probably because of the stress which is preventing me from getting 100% healthy.

well considering how sick i was feeling I was really proud of myself with the results and how hard I pushed myself. Even though it isbn't always good to push yourself when you are sick, it definitely makes you tougher and forces you to learn and grow more for yourself. Overall the workout was real beneficial.
