Note

Finally pulling the trigger on putting straight bars on my SS cross bike. Been suffering from "Cross Elbow" for the past couple of years, and it started right back up once I started going to the cx clinic. Thought about doing it last year but I was still using the SS for a gravel bike too. Now I'm just going to have to get a new gravel specific SS...... any excuse for a new bike :)

Easy run on the treadmill this morning. Knee feeling a bit better.

Approximate time and distance again based on Middy's Garmin. Can't seem to remember when to start/stop my stupid Garmin during cx clinic. Stopped the practice race due to new shoe issues. Grrrrrr.
