Nice casual paddle on the Huron River. It was super busy with people in kayaks, canoes, SUP's. Young people laying out on the docks and in the grass. Really beautiful day to be out on the water.

Helped Middy with shooting the Get Your Bearings AR. Hiked around a heavy camera for 4 hours. Sometimes running with it in my backpack. Biked about 2 miles of the 9 to get to and from one of the CP's.

I had a lot of fun being on this side of an AR, but I've got to tell you that it's a lot of work. I think I must have done about 500 air squats getting in and out of shooting position. I have a ton of respect for what Middy does as a professional photographer.

It was great seeing and talking with my AR friends after a long winter :)

So today was also my foray back into tennis lessons. Not as much energy as I had hoped, but Middy had no sympathy for me. She had me all over the court.

Trail run at Olson Park. Figured I'd take it easy on this 5 miler to get my legs back. Unfortunately, my legs felt like they were filled with cement the entire time. My running legs aren't as "recovered" as I thought. Way slower than I anticipated, but oh well, I got out there and did it :)
