For the first time since my injury I ran more than I walked during my treadmill workout. #****ya!

2 x 10 min run, 1 x 5 minute run
Walking warmup, in-between runs, and cool down.

Somewhat relaxing ride. All paved since the gravel roads were too icy or muddy still. Hit a few hills but wasn't looking to do intervals this weekend.
