Pro bike fitting today by the amazing Jessica Bratus at Fitmi in Ann Arbor. Worth every penny.
Changes made:
1. Cleat wedges - 1.5mm, and adjusted cleat placement.
2. Shoe inserts
******* This correction straightens knees/ankles during peddle rotation, reducing potential ankle, knee, and hip pain...... and increases power.
3. Stem shortened and raised up.
******* This reduces possible neck, shoulder, arm pain.
4. Saddle change suggested (demo'd new saddle) to rotate my pelvis in and straighten lower back to promote better posture ( = more power through legs to peddles/cranks).
