About 10 miles of walking and fast walking, and about 2 miles of jogging trying to catch up with my daughter to take pics, video, and hand off some gels on a long tough stretch. Pro support crew on the job!!

7 hours seem to skew things a bit, but we all know that being on your feet, whether moving or not can be very tiring.
