Strength (Snow Shoveling) 20:00 [3]

Sidewalk and the back patio was about all I could handle this evening. My neighbor thankfully semi-plowed out my parking area next to my house so I could park.

shoes: Brooks Cascadia 8 Black-Pink

Easy jog. All I could muster.

2 PM

Running (Trail) 24:36 [3] 2.2 mi (11:11 / mi)
shoes: Salomon Speedcross - Blue

Quick run around Thurston Park. Hadn't had the micro-spikes on for two years! So nice to get a run in outside instead of the treadmill :)
3 PM

Hiking (Snow Shoe) 16:03 [3] 0.7 mi (22:55 / mi)

Middy convinced me to go snow shoeing to Kroger to get some sugar for holiday cookies. At first I thought she was a little crazy, then thought what the heck, no better way to test out the new MSR snow shoes we got last year but were never able to use due to so little snow last year.
8 PM

Strength (Snow Shoveling) 40:00 [3]

Me vs. snow - Round 3.
