3 x 12 biceps, triceps with free weights.
3 x 15 back and shoulders with bands.
3 x 12 delts with free weights.

Nice 10 minutes of stretch afterwards.

Finally finished up the Boundless "BPMR" episode. Ohhh the memories. Makes me want to sign up for it again :)

Broke in the winter studded tires. Between the added 3lbs of weight (between the stock wheels and tires), the increased rolling resistance due to the studs, add in the head wind on the way back, and I'd say that was one miserable ride......
