A rare bike trainer session on a week night. Watched the first half of the DK200 live streaming QA presentation. Reminds me of an AR talk. You know equipment/gear, fueling and hydrating, support crew info, mind over matter......... This is a 200 mile all-bike AR.

Hills, hills, and more hills. Since we have non-existent time during the week to ride, we have to do all the hills we can on the weekend. Oh, and the wind..... yikes! Didn't seem to matter which direction we were riding or where we were riding, the wind was beating us down :(
