Women's Sport Category (geared) - 2nd place (on the SS). Soooooo hot :(

Women's Single Speed - 2nd (out of 5). Still hot out, but managed it better this time by dousing my head and jersey with water before the race, then once every lap with a water bottle that I carried in my back jersey pocket.

Trying to get in the habit of getting up a little bit earlier to get some workouts in. I admit that I'm not a morning workout person. I struggle to get started and I'm unsure of how much a 30 minute easy jog will help, but hoping I can turn it into something bigger. Time will tell.......
