Couple of loops on the DTE with the new full suspension mtn bike. Even though it has a carbon frame it's a much heavier bike than I'm used to, but it hugs the corners so tight i'm not even having to break coming into it.

Finally got my birthday present to myself....... An Erg Rower! Decided on a Concept 2 after exhaustive research on quality, reviews, and resale value.

Hoping that I'll really take to this kind of cross training. Need something other than the treadmill and bike trainer during the work week and the winter months. Focusing on technique for now so taking it nice and slow.
