Run/walk intervals. Bought the new Wahoo Tickr X HRM. It has some pretty cool features like memory (can sync later if you don't have your cell phone), 3D oscillation measurements (to help with running form), burn and burst zones, time, distance, cadence, speed. It is ANT+ and Bluetooth so will pair with most devices.
Zwift now has a "Run" feature, so will be trying that next since I already have a subscription. Will be interesting to do "virtual" running. It can't control my treadmill speed or incline since I have a "dumb" treadmill, but might offer a way to get through the awfulness of the treadmill training.
