BM10k - 30:31

Very well organised at the start so meant it wasn’t as stressful as the likes of abbey dash etc. Had tonnes of space to do strides and stuff and there was even some toilets in the start pen, perfecto.
Downhill first k so took advantage of this and opened out a bit but made sure not to overcook it. Went well up the hill in a nice pack and came through 5k in 15:11. Alarm bells went off and thought shittttt I’ve gone off way too hard, but felt good and tried to not think about the pace and stayed positive.
The second half was fairly uneventful, was picking off people very nicely and felt strong all the way to the finish. Yaldi
Guess the next big goal is sub 30???
