3 x 5 minute runs, felt quite good but I didn't want to push to hard because I'm racing at the weekend. There was a 3 minute recovery so not that much for the distance! The distances where 1495m, 1500m, 1500m.

Decided to go out and try and find a new route! Bit shorter than I wanted but still a good route.:D Out across the fields, up to the Cissberry car park and round the back of Cissberry the across Tenents hill and back home.
