Orienteering race (Pipingford) 1:00:03 [3] 7.5 km (8:00 / km) +180m 7:09 / km

Was absolutely nackered from the brighton city race last night and the fact that I was at a friends after. But, went round at a slow pace and didn't make many mistakes.

Brighton City race (night event)
3rd on men's open.
Had a really good race but mucked up a bit in the butterfly loops in the park. But, overall a good race.

Can't train today either- asthma is still bad. So I will give it time to recover as I have the brighton city race Saturday and A regional Sunday.

Still a bit ill so I will go for a little run today and then I should be able to go for a longer one tomorrow.:)

Went out intending to do about 7k but ended having to go back as my asthma was really bad (proobably to do with me beig ill). I will try again tomorrow. On a positive note however, my shin wasnt painfull at all.
