London City race - 1st
Pretty good run! Lost ~2 minutes just due to route choice and going the wrong side of a wall!

Warm up on my own and warm down with Matt and Dad.

2 x 7 minute run with a 5 minute recovery in between.
Distance = 2160m, 2155m
Was planning on getting further on the second but died a little bit. Great fun thought!

Pre breakfast run, getting back into the swing of things.
Slightly easier week planned this week due to the Peter Palmer and London city race on Saturday (well technically peter palmer is Sunday).

Warm up with Dad, Keith, Matt and Sam.

Orienteering 1:14:32 [3] 9.8 km (7:36 / km)

Course planned by the big boy himself Ali Masson. Great course, pretty crap area though with a bit of a dodgy map. Nonetheless good fun! Didn't do 3,4.5,6 as controls weren't out. This was due to a white forest being unrunnable.
