5 exersizes - Line course, control pick, relocation, visualisation and attack point.
It all went really well but very exhausting! Very low turn out for SEJS tho :/

NPLQ lifeguarding course all week so not much time for running at all. :( On the positives it will be a good time to rest and cross train (Swim).

Solo run, wanted to find a new route. Really nice weather and very enjoyable. Out to the old barn then over into Stenning, back up to Chanctonbury then home :)
