Up to Chanctonbury from dads. Good run, very windy. Pushed pretty hard up the long climb. Orienteering tomorrow.
Annoying how all the strava segments have been taken by people on bikes... :,(

Standard with some rolling afterwards. Good fun, managed 15 pull ups in a row. Watch out Bigby
