Good run technically but went out of my way to go to a control (not realising I would of visited it again later) which was a silly mistake. Subsequently didn't get a different control as I didn't have time. Good fun though. Purko got wrecked ;)

Harriers was a fun christmas relay tonight so ran there and back. Ran at a reasonable pace for the first 4km and ran the last km easy so i wasn't to achy.

Not much at all today, wanted to run but needed to give my back a rest and chance to recover.
