Picture only exercise with no compass. Good fun and very enjoyable but lost time in a few controls. It wasn't as hard as I was expecting it to be without a compass.

WHAC 2 X ( 800m [1:30], 600m [1:00], 400m [00:45], 200m [00:30], 200m [00:30] ) 4 X 100m Good fun session but very windy like Tuesday. Times were around 79 laps on the 800m and 600m, 77 laps for the 400m, and 33 for the 200m. 100 times were: 14, 14, 14, 15.
