Race type training, going really well but just not feeling it in the legs. Time was lost at 9 when i went to low and was searching around the lower crag.

Picture only exercise with no compass. Good fun and very enjoyable but lost time in a few controls. It wasn't as hard as I was expecting it to be without a compass.

Warm up with AliMas and warms down with everyone. Cheeky snow ball fight in the middle of the warm down.

Orienteering 38:58 [3] 4.68 km (8:20 / km) +114m 7:25 / km

Map memory with the big boy himself AliMas. Good fun with only a few misses. The snow made it even better :)

Good fun session but very windy like Tuesday.
Times were around 79 laps on the 800m and 600m, 77 laps for the 400m, and 33 for the 200m. 100 times were: 14, 14, 14, 15.

Long run with Barry, his head touch ran out so it was a bit awkward running for the last 6km. Nice weather though!
