Short session tonight, not going to hard before the southern me on Saturday.
20 minute continuous relay, teams of 3, doing 300m then 100m.
Times were between 53-56 on the 300s and 14 ish on the 100. Brutal with the wind and rain tonight but felt alright :)

Note

Had quite a lot of races in the past weeks, so training hasn't really been as consistent as i would like it. After this week there isn't many races for a while, so i can crack on with some miles and good sessions.

Long run with Dad, good fun and nice weather. I found the mist quite enjoyable!

Warm up and down, distance was a complete guess. I had an absolute nightmare and left my garmin at mums.

Really tough session today. Legs took a bit of waking up after standing up for 6:30 hours at work.
Hill reps on the long road up to Cissburry.
5 x 2 mins [1 minute jog down], 5 x 1 min [30 seconds jog down], 5 x 30 seconds [15 seconds floating recovery].
Good session and very hard work!

Easy run around Cissbury with a bit of extra climb. Good fun, intervals planned tomorrow.
