Intervals around Cissbury.
21 X 1 minute [30 second jog recovery], it was 21 because I finished the 20th at the top of a muddy downhill and wanted to run down it, so I did another.
So muddy which made it a bit more interesting but at the same time it was annoying because I couldn't go as fast as I would have liked.

Note

Skiing this weekend so I'm going to try and get two more runs in this week but I will see how my legs feel.

6 X 800m [90 seconds active recory], the aim was for the lap times to gradually decrease.
Adverage time of each lap on the 800s: 79, 76, 75, 72, 73, 74

Running about 3:15s on flat, 3:05s on the down hills and 3:40s on up hills.
