Easier speed session as I have a 5000 on Saturday. New spikes should be coming soon as well which is exciting. The session was 5 x (300m [50m walk], 150m [300m walk])
Times: 49, 21, 48, 21, 48, 21, 48, 22, 47, 23. Humid but not very sunny, so quite a nice evening.

Hungry for segments, got second on three segments and looking at the people in the lead it looks like they have cycled. Really good fun though. Lovely warm weather.

SO club handicap - 1st but not 1st back
I was expecting to feel quite bad but actually felt pretty decent, was a bit tired on the hills though. Pretty clean apart from one slip on 3. Quality area!

Easy before work on the seafront. Feeling a bit rough but loosened off near the end. Got a 5k next weekend, the pressure is on after Ali's top performance.

Really hot on the track tonight and I regret that i didn't wear a vest. But it was also really windy tonight which made the session a lot harder.
2 X ( 3 X 800m [75] ) with a lap jog in between the sets.
Times: 2:29, 30, 31, 32, 31, 31.
The session was swiftly followed by 2 and a half hours of 5 aside football, great fun.
