Leg 3 for SEJS, went out quite low down and just kept working through people. Decent run with a few small mistakes, fastest M18 split :)

Warm up with Harry and a solo warm down.

Orienteering 1:20:30 [4] 11.51 km (7:00 / km) +385m 6:00 / km

JIRCS individual - not sure about how this went. Hit the first 4 controls reasonably decent and then lost a bit of time on 5 choosing a dodgy route choice and being way to hesitant. Then lost time on 7 due to an awful direction. Okay from there to the finish with a small miss on 13.

Long run, started off with all of the boys but a couple of us went off ahead and then we couldn't find the others. Was meant to do 75 minutes but got a bit carried away.

To DVC, then warm up with the Harries, then warm down afterwards with Tam.

Harries session on The Meadows. 12 x 400m [90 secs] (actually around 435m). The 400s also had to sharp turns which were hard work. Off the front most of the way which was tough but good session. Times were around 72-74 with some quicker ones in there. Then a 200m sprint at the end.
