Was planning on doing a long run on the seat and spectate over the hill but bumped into Ali and Chicken and got persuaded into running. Glad I did

Over the hill race - road leg
In a team with Mikey. Went off steady up the hill and started to push the pace when it flattened out. Struggled at the end with the wind as it was a bit grim but great fun, won by ~20s. Good fun and a good run from Mikey secured us 2nd.

With Colm, Will and Ewan for a bit. Was running off the front for most of it. Felt good on the 3, 1.5 and 1 but calfs started to tighten on the faster stuff. Really windy as well which demolished the pace.

Felt pretty awful and was pretty far behind the guys, especially on the 30s but not to fussed. Had a hard weekend etc. and know I would normally be up at the front. Would say the session was good fun but it really wasn't that fun lol

Nice little progression with Euzie, feeling pretty fresh up until the last km and then hit a bit of a wall and legs started to die. Wasn't going to do this but had 0 pain from ankle all weekend
