Legs feeling absolutely shafted on the x trainer today.

On another note, shin feeling a lot better, could probably run but will wait till Monday to make sure.

L shin had a negative reaction to last weeks training and was a bit sore today and yesterday which is very frustrating.
So I'm going to rest up and cross train (as much as I can be arsed (I'm on holiday)) and let it fully recover.

Raz in the sunshine. Feeling pretty good after the first k and it felt quite effortless. Glad my legs are feeling a lot better than yesterday.
Off to Majorca tomorrow, nice.
